Job Description:
We are looking for a super talented, creative, professional, and team-oriented designer/developer to build and grow brands, craft top-converting websites, and elevate the success of our marketing efforts with the processes businesses require for predictable growth - from SEO to lead generation campaigns. We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and resourceful individuals who want to apply their knowledge and skills to do epic sh*t.
We Want Someone Who Has The Following:
- Knowledge of design software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback (i.e. Have thick skin. I mean, we call one of our Jons “H” cause let’s face it—who spells Jon with an H?)
- Knowledge of web development (HTML , CSS & Javascript)
- Has 3-5 years experience and/or can inspire us with your rockstar portfolio
- Must be resourceful and a team player
- Must be willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work on strict deadlines
- Open to brainstorming and idea generation
- Has the ability to collaborate creatively with other team members
- Motion graphics experience preferred
- Desire to improve
- Hubspot certification(s) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with our clients and their businesses to create impactful work
- Help the marketing team creatively problem solve for multiple clients and brands
- Remain current in cultural/technological/digital marketing trends
- Always be improving and learning
- Manage yourself with little direction to always be productive for the team
- Track projects in real time (not sometimes but all the time)
- Follow a simple naming convention and organize files
