The Problem & Our Approach

White Glacier was hardly a brand when they came to us. Their competitors were large name brands that were well-established in the industry with full product lines. Their product was still under development, and they needed to secure pre-orders to launch. That meant proving to the industry that White Glacier worked better than anything (everything!) on the market. And to do that they needed a brand identity, a kickass website that beat out their competitors in SEO, sales and marketing collateral, and a trade show campaign that would blow everyone else out of the water.

Logo and Brand Identity First things first: can’t go to market without a brand. We validated the name, product names, developed logo and tagline (Endure the Extreme), as well as the image styling and classification that would be used to define the brand.

Trade Show & PR Campaign
Nobody knew White Glacier, but there was no arguing that their suit was best--because we proved it! We set up a 900-gallon tank of ice water and had a model in a suit sitting in the tank the whole day while a second suit provided demonstrations to attendees and camera crews.  Other suits could offer short-term protection. WIth White Glacier’s, you could truly endure the extreme. We developed the whole trade show campaign and combined it with a media launch campaign. We capitalized on the trade show to blast our success out to a much wider audience, highlighting our new product innovation in global media coverage. Inviting reporters to hop into an ice water tank sure proved to be a hit.
Web Design

We put White Glacier on HubSpot’s Marketing Platform to help maximize total marketing campaign management. The website was a custom build and meant to act like an eCommerce website but only to collect pre-orders of the suit while it was awaiting certifications necessary to go to market

Sales and Marketing collateral. We developed all sales collateral, which featured original photography. Concepts included brochures printed on waterproof paper, fact cards as a trade show handout, product instruction sheets in multiple languages, and more.

SEO
We found an opening for SEO opportunities and capitalized on it. Competitor websites had been around 15-20 years but we optimized through keywords and quickly overtook them. White Glacier ranked in the top 20 for most non-branded target keywords within 6 months.

The Results

People came out in droves to buy this revolutionary product. With pre-orders through the roof, White Glacier saw their revenue hit incredible heights before the product even launched. The website’s traffic was up by almost 300% and over $18M worth of suits were ordered before launch. The tradeshow booth didn’t just make waves within the audience but also ended up winning creative awards within the advertising and marketing industry.
