The Problem & Our Approach

Brothers provides interior and exterior renovations, repairs, and remodels for homeowners in Maryland. They came to Adhere with the desire to build a new website that would illustrate the unique level of service they provide. Their wish list for the site included enhanced page speed, an improved lead generation process, and a more modern design. In addition, they wanted to expand their kitchen, bath, and exterior services sections. With these goals in mind, we designed a website that was more intuitive, providing users with a better online experience that would both speak to the Brothers’ difference and help customers see themselves in their new homes.

A Better User Experience

Brothers wanted their website to have a more modern look that would appeal to those in their target demographic. To deliver this aesthetic, we utilized clean, sharp lines, white space, crisp photos, and an easy-to-read sans serif font. We also incorporated graphic elements and text that illustrated their unique value and sought to educate buyers on how Brothers’ services could enhance their lives.

SEO & Conversion Rate

We analyzed 2,000 user sessions to determine whether the new website achieved the goals Brothers had set. Our analysis showed a significant increase in the various metrics we set out to improve. A year-to-year comparison in the year following the website launch showed traffic up by 24%, conversions up 18%, and leads/goal completion up by 49%. The website continues to show success, with a career campaign rate of 55% views-to-submission rate.
